Leasing & Application Process

Application approvals are typically completed within 48 hours, depending on screening results and document verification.
Furnished apartment homes are not currently offered. All residences are leased unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize their space.
Yes, short-term lease options are available. Availability and pricing may vary, so it’s best to contact the leasing office for current terms.
Yes, corporate leases are available. Please contact the leasing team for specific requirements and availability.

Apartment Features & Policies

Move-in specials and leasing incentives are offered periodically. Contact the leasing office for the most up-to-date offers and availability.
Decorating is allowed; however, any modifications must be returned to their original condition prior to move-out to avoid potential charges.
Apartment homes feature GE appliances, providing modern and reliable kitchen functionality.
Subletting is not permitted. Residents must fulfill the terms of their lease agreement.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and maintaining their own utility accounts.
Residents are responsible for setting up utilities through Duke Energy and securing a renters insurance policy with a provider of their choice prior to move-in.
Residents may choose from Spectrum, AT&T, or Google Fiber for internet and cable services.

Pet Policies

Yes, the community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents and their pets.
Pet ownership requires a one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent per pet.

Maintenance & Service Requests
